    AVOID THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Service department is an absolute wreck staffed by relics who should…read moreprobably retire already. Lack of professionalism and customer service is clearly their preferred operating mode. Scheduled two special order parts to be installed. Called the day before appointment and asked for a loaner car, was told No. OK, how long will the two parts install take? They only had one part on their schedule, not two, and huffed at me that they didn't have time for both b/c they are short staffed. Even tried to tell me I was asking for a last minute job and I had to remind them I scheduled this work a couple of weeks ago. Morning of install, I agreed to take the second part and have my regular mechanic install. However, when I reviewed the final bill for the install labor, I was charged more than twice what I was told was the $/hour when I scheduled the work. Granted, as a service department the labor charges should be posted for customers. They are not. I ultimately declined to take the second part that I had ordered which was also marked up from what I would pay ordering myself from Mopar. I wanted this to be a one stop shop experience with dealership expertise and was willing to pay some padded costs, but this was absolutely ridiculous. Expertise is a word that has no place in this service department. Customer service is a joke.

    Everything was great with my car deal, until it wasn't. The finance office completely screwed up…read morethe tax in my state (Michigan) and charged me 8% instead of 6% on November 22nd, so now I have to follow up to attempt to get my $267.98 from them back. General Manager Zack promised a check for that amount along with a repair they were covering for me due to a check engine light coming on within hours after I bought the car (check for $342.69) would be overnighted to me either Monday or Tuesday at the latest. This car deal is over two weeks old and they still haven't made it right. General Manager Zack on Saturdayn 12/6 gives me his cell phone to which it always goes to voicemail and he never returned my call Monday or Tuesday. I called tonight (Tuesday) to try to rectify the situation and my original sales person (Luis - there's the name so you know who NOT to buy a car from) tells me they are waiting to hear back from the State of Michigan for the check because they don't want to over pay me or under pay me for the refund. Ummm...what year is this???? ANYONE CAN GOOGLE and it will tell you the tax for the State of Michigan for auto sales is 6% - not 8%. Stop trying to cover up lies with more lies. All I want is for the money I overpaid for this car to be returned to me. If their F&I guy knew what he was doing from the start and did a little research he would've known it was 6% to start with and charged me accordingly. But no, we'd rather take the hit on our reviews online vs taking care of the customer from the start of the deal. You'd think a 40 car a month store would have the time to actually follow through and ensure customer satisfaction.
