I had purchased several clutches and various parts from them over the years and they have always been very fair with pricing and had great availability. So I figured I would give them a try. They were very accommodating when it came to the drop off. I was running late and they stayed a few minutes after close to receive my transmission. I got the transmission back sooner than expected and I was very happy with the price and quality of parts. I was able to speak with the gentleman who rebuilt it (George). He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to go over all of the parts replaced and where he sourced them(quality is everything to me). I was out of town and my wife had it towed to the dealer. The truck was getting stuck sporadically OUT of gear. I had many miles on the clutch (pressure plate, clutch disc, throw out bearing, SLAVE CYLINDER, pilot bearing ,etc...)so I said to go ahead in replacing all clutch components in hopes of fixing the problem; it did not. A few days later, it was stuck out of gear. Called Bill, asked him to send someone for it (tow price $85, very fair). He drove it, said it was hydraulic, something not done right due to a complete parts list on the Toyota bill. He spent an hour diagnosing, and then went on to fix the problem. I've known Bill for 20 years, he's experienced, competent and honest. I find Bill both serious about his work and about standing behind his work. Techs (not parts changers)like Bill are getting hard to find....Appreciate the few we have.

We are from out of town and the tranny on our 2011 Caravan went kaputt. I took it to one shop in Horseheads and they said to take it to the dealer. In my 4th try to find someone that could help us I found Klopp's and they were able to fix it with warranty for $2K less than putting in a rebuild tranny. It's a busy shop so plan on them taking a bit of time on it but the final product is what we all want to be right.
