Everything was great with my car deal, until it wasn't. General Manager Zack promised a check for that amount along with a repair they were covering for me due to a check engine light coming on within hours after I bought the car (check for $342.69) would be overnighted to me either Monday or Tuesday at the latest. This car deal is over two weeks old and they still haven't made it right. General Manager Zack on Saturdayn 12/6 gives me his cell phone to which it always goes to voicemail and he never returned my call Monday or Tuesday. I called tonight (Tuesday) to try to rectify the situation and my original sales person (Luis - there's the name so you know who NOT to buy a car from) tells me they are waiting to hear back from the State of Michigan for the check because they don't want to over pay me or under pay me for the refund. Ummm...what year is this???? ANYONE CAN GOOGLE and it will tell you the tax for the State of Michigan for auto sales is 6% - not 8%. Stop trying to cover up lies with more lies. All I want is for the money I overpaid for this car to be returned to me. If their F&I guy knew what he was doing from the start and did a little research he would've known it was 6% to start with and charged me accordingly. But no, we'd rather take the hit on our reviews online vs taking care of the customer from the start of the deal. You'd think a 40 car a month store would have the time to actually follow through and ensure customer satisfaction.
