Those 2 reasons alone will have me coming back to only AutoZone for all of my do-it-yourself car needs. There is always a line of people at every AutoZone that I've ever gone to. They move the lines fast. They always have knowledgeable people working there. It's not like one of the big box stores that have clerks or cashiers that just happen to be stocking or ringing your orders in the auto department. These employees consistently know their stuff. Bottom Line: Whenever I need anything for my car - I'll pass by all the other car stores until I find an AutoZone.

All the while some guy sits there at the wholesale desk in plain view of all the waiting retail customers, and refuses to help let alone make eye contact for fear he will need to offer some customer service. They have staff in back running around attending to wholesale delivery service, which is fine, but if you are going to have a retail store, than have the expected friggin retail service.

When I took my car to my normal mechanic for a manifold replacement I saw a wire dangling and my radiator was unplugged. Nobody has been in the engine bay since the car left Pep-boys. They denied doing anything when since I've had the car nobody has touched that radiator cable. It can't come un-done on its own since its held in by a clip that needs to be pressed to un-clip. They denied doing anything. This type of service for $443 for a very important component is not worth it one bit, especially leaving exposed wires next to a alternator. I'm personally never going back to pep-boys for auto repairs.

I contact Eckler to let them know all they had to do was call the delivery company to let them know they are attempting to deliver to the wrong business and the delivery driver just needs to walk 20 feet forward to find the right shop. They refuse to do this tell me that my only options are to return the item to them and then they send it back? The manager making this decision was a female, when I explained to them how low IQ this sounds they my other option is to process a return and get my money back in 10 business days. So pretty much they took my money on April 1st and wanted to return back around April 25th because the manager was not capable of picking up a phone and calling the carrier to tell them a piece of information required to complete the transaction. If anyone from Eckler is actually reading this, which I assume not based on the this business being a 1.1 Star out of 100+ reviews, I highly recommend reminding your employees that when they are employed that the main objective is to act in the best interest of the company you are getting paid by and not to sabotage the business out of laziness.
