Well i have been to this place 4 times in the same week o_O . I need to see why my gas tank cap and…read morenozzel kept falling in.The first time i went i drove up the little thing where it say "We service you here" Ok easy enough to do. I drove up and it had to be out 4 employees just sitting down staring at. sooo i drove around again and drove up just to see if they would budge NOPE not an inch. omg is everyone on the same lunch break or somthing (Mind you it had to be at 1:00) Ok so i drove off to NISSAN. Well they were trying to charge me 95.00 just te even look at the thing naaa naa not up in here im gonna pay you 95.00 to basically just pop my gas tank back in. Sooooo we gave PEP BOYS one more try the next day. We get there and pull up and someone comes out, he inspects the car and says idk whats wrong let me get a second opinion. So he ask another employee this employee totally brushed him off and didnt even bother to come se whats wrong smh. Finally a female associate came out and it was her second day here she told me that is was another pep boys in LITHONIA that forsure knows whats wrong with it. Ok fine im ok with that she was kind enough to give me directions and call over there to let them know the problem and that i would be arriving shortly. Ok so i get to the other pep boys and the guy trevor takes one look at it and instantly pops it right back in place for FREE . (Thank you baby jesus). So im back on my way home and im thinking i need a oil changed and i need somone to look at my brakes, well im already half way to the other pep boys that i initally went to before i said what the heck. So i arrive there and christiana helped me and gave me a nice discount for my trouble. All in all this place was good except for the first two days when no one said a word to me. Pep boys you are A-OK in my book i will be back again.

My daughter takes her car to pep boys to have her tires rotated etc…read more The guy calls her and tells her that something is wrong with her tire and that it is not safe and needs to be replaced. The original tires were purchased from someone else but the pep boys rep told her that any warranty she had at another tire store would be void because she hit a hole..... "WHAT"! It's road hazard buddy... What do you think that means? So of course she purchased the full priced tire from him because she believed him. All I can say is "SHAME on you pep boys!

According to their website, the kit was supposed to fit my vehicle, but it turned out it only fits the regular WRX, not the STI model. To make things worse, the kit arrived a week and a half after the original delivery date. Once I realized I had the wrong part, I contacted customer service -- and that's when the nightmare started. I dealt with multiple reps who gave me conflicting information, made promises they didn't keep, gave me fake shipping dates, and often went completely silent for days. It was obvious there was no communication between their team members. After nearly a month of this back-and-forth, I still hadn't received the correct part. I finally gave up and requested a refund. I was told that once I dropped off the incorrect clutch and they saw the return tracking number, I'd get my money back within a day or two. Surprise -- that turned into another 7-10 business days. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Save yourself the frustration and STAY AWAY from this company. If I could give lower than 1 star, I would.
