I was the only customer in line waiting to be checked out and there was no one being rang up at the time. Three employees were behind the counter: one on a computer looking for a part, and two others in the back chatting. After waiting for a few minutes, I didn't know if the woman on the computer noticed me waiting. I asked if anyone was available to check me out and she responds "I can check you out since you can't wait." I was shocked at how rude she was!! I was only asking because I had been waiting and was hoping one of the three employees could ring me up so that I could be on my way. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Terrible experience been coming here 20 plus years the key holder manager was terrible, rude,…read moredidn't listen lied and then have the nerve to call police who in return asked did this person assault threaten you or take something in which he replied no so that did nothing for him. I paid 120 plus dollars on parts debit not credit to do exhaust system and we asked if there's things we don't use need or open can I bring it back up. He's like oh yea no problem at all. So I bring them up he scans reciept and days I'm all good I did where's my money you can either pay me cash back or put it to my card. He never asked and sent it out to some other card which was a guy with me who I already paid to do the job and all the parts and then tells me the money will show up to 72 hrs in like I didn't pay credit this is debit same as cash and if that was the case he should have told me or sent it to the card of my choosing. Not to someone else so instead of talking to me or settling the problem he secretly called the cops who weren't going to come but one was by and did or said nothing. Needless to say I have to now play a waiting game for my money on there mistake while the guy was beyond unprofessional or sneaky. My days with autozone are done especially with the sneaky cop cars and other worker telling me he's lying. That's at corunna rd and the pos guy is the white heavy set guy acting as the wanna be manager and key holder. Please do better autozone and communicate so screwing people and taking us for granted. Time to take all business else where my family my car people and all of us car sales man are going elsewhere it's not our first rodeo

First off the double side sticky tape they sent with it ended up being 6" too short. So I had to go to pep boys to buy it. Then once I put the correct tape on the bolts ended up being 1/4" too short. They wouldn't even reach the spoiler. So I again had to go to lowes to purchase the correct sizes. I will never order from this company again!!!
