I thought I was going to have to leave my car in Flint overnight (an hour from home) because I couldn't find anyone to service it that day. He called around to a few places and got me right in to someone a few miles away. The total time from me hitting a pothole to being back on the road with a new tire installation was just over an hour. Excellent service. He also offered to wait with my friend and I to make sure we were taken care of, which was kind and wonderful because we weren't in the safest neighborhood.

Most recently I blew a back tire. ETA from the insurance company 30-60 minutes. They arrived in 18 minutes, changed the tire and had me on my way. Visa/Mastercard rules cap surcharges at 3-4% max (and it can't exceed their actual processing cost), so this seems excessive and against network guidelines.
