No refunds, in store credit only. Even if they sell you a defective part. I called for an A/C condenser. They said they had one $75. I go in, wait a very long time, they bring it out, I point out a spot of corrosion that looked suspect. They dismissed my concerns, said it was dirty from sitting. I take it home, install it. Pressure test it and it leaks in the exact spot I pointed out. I call them, they say to bring it back, they'll refund my money or replace it. I take it back, they say they'll order another one in, it will be in by the close of business Monday. I call Monday, they act like we're starting over from scratch, now they say Tuesday morning. Don't ever buy anything from these guys. These guys are the biggest A..HOLES I have ever dealt with. No professionalism. My son who is 18 went in and bought a part and he ended up buying the wrong part. So he went back to return it and they refused to return it. He wasn't sure what part he needed so he wanted his money back and they said they would only give store credit. So he came home and I took it up there and they also refused to give us our money back. We are not a car repair guy. So we have limited knowledge on cars. So I asked the guy when you buy an item do they tell you there is a no return policy and he points to a sign way back on the back wall of the store up high and plus they had plastic across the counter separating employees and customers. So that made it even harder to see anything. I said well I'm not sure how I was supposed to see that sign and the employee says if you don't like it then you can get the F..k out of the store.
