And then when he got off work he spent his entire evening continuing to help me with this replacement. Hours and hours of difficult work went into this. He went extremely far out of his way just because he wanted to help me out. Could not appreciate this behavior enough. Outstanding employees and amazing work ethic here. Put in all the receipt data (store ID, transaction #, etc) and get tracking info. Within 24 hours an email appears that says can't be processed, need more info. Provides 888.378.9766 customer service and disconnects after 5 seconds every time, try it. Sent email instead with no response. Dead end, no rebate. Invested time chasing non working process. So investing more time here to warn others, stay away from purchases that entice with rebates. It's a GIANT SCAM!

Placed an order online, went to pick it up and get it installed where I was told they're short staffed and can't do it. Was told to come back after 2pm when breaks were done so that I can get it installed. I did just that, and ended up being told that because it's "raining" it cannot be done. Would have just saved myself the trip and picked it up and found a YouTube video to do it myself. Came here to say that I've done it myself. Watched a 2 minute YouTube video and it took 5 minutes. My daughter was in emotional distress when she entered. When she first contacted me about her car trouble, I advised her to go to Autozone because I had never had an issue gaining assistance before. My daughter was on FaceTime with my other daughter & me. She was treated disrespectfully & rudely by the two staff members working. While my daughter stood at the counter they openly & flagrantly mocked her & her situation. I know she spoke unkindly in retaliation to their actions before exiting. She proceeded to have another panic attack while in her car. After we got her to calm down a bit, she looked up & observed the staff continuing to mock her. The actions of the staff is unbelievable. My other daughter tried to call to get the names of the staff working & was also tried rudely & unprofessional (she also responded in kind). The male staff member refused to legibly provide his name so that we may reference him correctly when speaking with a manager in the following morning. I am very disappointed in the lack of care &b professionalism provided this evening to both my daughters, both in person & over the phone. I will be in contact with the manager in the morning to discuss the actions of this evening.

So she stepped away to get an opinion from my mom and I who were on the phone during the entire interaction!!!!!!!! she said "is this an f-ing joke" to which the male employee mocked her to the female employee stating "is this an f-ing joke" while my sister was standing there and my mother and I are listening. she then left the store to which they continued mocking her as she tried to calm down in her car and figure out her next moves. There was a mistake made when placing our online order. We were totally unaware of this before…read morehand because the order confirmation email didn't contain a clear description. My wife completed the transaction without seeing it or knowing the tire was totally the wrong size and completely useless to us. We walked back inside immediately. Then the associate informed us we were intelligible to return the tire because we ordered online and paid cash in store, also we didn't receive a paper receipt. At this point, we were standing there with a new tire paid in full and no options. We didn't have any use for a tire that wouldn't fit our wheel. I mean this tire was basically trash in our opinion. This store did an amazing job helping us correct this issue. This compelled us to post the experience online. We were very thankful and expressed that to this associate. They charged me again to fix my truck to correct the stance. I will never use them again. When I asked to see the parts removed they showed a junkyard of parts out back saying here are parts removed. To improve don't overcharge for work and show the parts replaced with a positive attitude.
