Provides 888.378.9766 customer service and disconnects after 5 seconds every time, try it. Sent email instead with no response. Dead end, no rebate. Invested time chasing non working process. So investing more time here to warn others, stay away from purchases that entice with rebates. It's a GIANT SCAM!

My wife completed the transaction without seeing it or knowing the tire was totally the wrong size and completely useless to us. We walked back inside immediately. At this point, we were standing there with a new tire paid in full and no options. We didn't have any use for a tire that wouldn't fit our wheel. I mean this tire was basically trash in our opinion. At one my husband called and they said they would call him as soon as they arrive. A little later they called and said they were delivered. I went right over and they had told my husband and hour and half for installing the 4 tires. When I arrived I was told 2 1/2 to 3 hours. My husband came by to pick me up 2 hours later and they said another 2 hours (5 PM) and they would make it happen!! We got there about 5:10 and they were pulling my car into the shop to start the work!! So we refused and took my car home to find someone who keeps their word. I think we found a new trusting maintenance facility in Frederick County MD to continue assisting us with our Prius maintenance.
