He was quick to get to me and was super nice and helpful. Due to the battery being completely dead and corroded we couldn't get the car into neutral so he helped get it into neutral. Additionally once the car was on the truck he asked if any keys on the key ring I might need which I hadn't even thought about. Overall it was a great experience super quick and very helpful. Way better than other experiences I've had in the past.

He also said they would have to tow it from the rear and because it had a hard, folding bed cover (factory installed) his boss would not allow them to tow it. Afraid the cover would blow off and damage the cab (not likely with a folding hard cover). I called AAA back and they are sending another company. They confirmed that their carriers use dollies, skates and whatever is necessary all the time. So, if you want a bunch of excuses as to why they can't tow your vehicle - call A&D. If you don't want to waste your time - call another towing company.

I had to call again to get another appointment an hour later and they never showed up. I waited out in the sun for half a hour to make sure they saw me. The guy on the phone was extremely rude. I called complete car Care talk to Eric he told me to bring it in so I got there before he was getting ready to close and explain the situation to him, so he told me to bring it back the next day and I did first thing the next day. He took it for a test drive with me and explained everything on what it was doing and what it could be. He looked at it and found out I needed a starter and carburetor cleaned and some other things had to be done he was very thorough on what it was and what had to be done. There was some things that had to be fixed but I didn't have the time, I had to get on the road back to Pittsburgh PA. But I am thankful he got me back on the road where I can handle the hills better and make it back. If I had more time I would have let him complete everything. He is a very good mechanic.
