They replaced the small ones in the back and then they just now replaced the ones in the front. I just pulled up and they came out the door and they said are you here for your windshield wiper blades and I said yes the gentleman immediately installed them it took him maybe 15 seconds and he had him done. I appreciate service like this as I'm Disabled and I think this is the way customer service should be handled. So you need auto parts come to O'Reillys. Was told that battery was weak and would not replace it. It had 100 cold cranking amps less than original. So I took it next door to auto zone who told me battery was bad and needed replaced. Earlier in the week, my vehicle had a weak battery also. It was a 3 year battery also I did not have the receipt with me but the salesman said it was 1 month out of warrant. After purchasing a new battery I checked my receipt at office and found the battery to actually be 6 months in warranty. I was lied to my face and they do not honor warranties.
