Took no time to install and I was on my way and it was much cheaper than going to the dealership. Fast forward a few days and my cars displayed an alert that my blind side detector was not working and I needed to see the dealer. Reached back out to Butch and he came out to diagnosis. We both figured it was due to the after market mirror I told him to go with and not one directly from the dealer. We were right. He ordered a new one that would fix the issue and was back out to install within days. Even though I should've gone with the dealer mirror initially, it was still much cheaper. His prices, service, warranty and kindness are unmatched. Highly recommend!

Butch handled the diagnosis with precision and expertise, taking the time to thoroughly inspect the system instead of just guessing at the issue. Butch explained the problems in clear, simple terms, from worn components to tricky wiring that comes with age. What impressed me most was his respect for the originality of my vintage GM car. The A/C now runs ice-cold and the airflow feels just like it did when the car was new. It's rare to find technicians who understand the unique challenges of vintage GM HVAC systems, but Butch absolutely delivered. Honest, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft--if you own a classic GM, this is the man to trust

03/16/26 - Knorr's Car Care Center Saves the Day!…read more We had a horrible experience with the Walmart Auto Center in New Port Richey and hope to save others from the same. Three weeks ago, we had an oil change done at the Walmart Auto Center on 54 in New Port Richey. Before having the oil changed, our car didn't leak oil, at all. After the oil change, we noticed that it was leaking oil a lot. We took it back, they looked at it and they said they couldn't tell where the oil was leaking from, even after cleaning it off and checking the plug and oil filter. The Manager claimed that she had run it for about an hour while watching it on camera and saw no leaking. She also said the oil level was fine. Today we noticed it was leaking even more and when we checked the oil, it was low about a quart. We took the car to Knorr Car Care Center to have them check it out. They were able to get to the car today and immediately identified that the oil filter was not installed tightly and wasn't sealed, AND the oil drain plug wasn't in all the way. They were able to immediately resolve the issue and said that the diagnostic cost they quoted us covered the cost of taking care of the problem! We have found our new local auto center and will be recommending them to others as well!

My Concern began when the mechanic called me and said that there seem to be no problem with the car starting and had he started it many time prior to calling me. Myself and another mechanic who wasn't able to fix the issue. Explained to Mr. Stuart the issue and the symptoms over the phone, prior to me bringing the car. (Mechanic to Mechanic.) and I had also had two diagnostic test days before and the same issue came up.. Mr. Stuart fixed the major issue with the car. (which I was grateful for and also at a nice discount) but when i stated that I didn't want to pay for a new battery. his attitude changed did sound happy about that and stated he would have to charge me 1/2 hour work $85 to remove the battery (2 screws and removal of Neg, Pos. wire and reinserting my battery in which i said fine. Now once i get my car take it home. as i went to look at my engine i noticed that the Auxiliary Water pump was no longer there as well as the hose was just hanging there.. I know it was there prior to my taking my car to the shop.. upon call Mr. Stuart and asking him about the pump.. he states " it don't know what happened to it it may have fallen into the engine area.. I feel it had to be taken off on purpose because if it broke off it would still be attached to the clamped hose. Well I have pictures of the car engine prior to me taking the car and you can clearly see the pump.. and if your a mechanic and you saw it he should have told me, just so happens they cost the same price as a new battery.. this is just a warning to be careful ..this is not going to sit well with me and may have to take legal action, and some BBB reporting as well.
