I'd like to start off by saying a big thank you to John who works at this location. He help me do something very simple, which was find the right oil for my car. Something I could have easily done for myself but, he knew about the sale price on a name brand oil that was even cheaper than the house brand. Was told that battery was weak and would not replace it. It had 100 cold cranking amps less than original. So I took it next door to auto zone who told me battery was bad and needed replaced. Earlier in the week, my vehicle had a weak battery also. It was a 3 year battery also I did not have the receipt with me but the salesman said it was 1 month out of warrant. After purchasing a new battery I checked my receipt at office and found the battery to actually be 6 months in warranty. I was lied to my face and they do not honor warranties. I will never shop at an advance auto parts again. Buyer beware

Treated him very hostile at times speaking to him like he was a child for all of us to hear. 3 other gentleman, 1 was my family were also punching bags for her . We all discussed it is why I know everyone picked up on it. I'm not sure how things go in "TEXAS", around here TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK!!!! Her coworker deserves an apology. I had suffered with the brutal heat here in Hawai'i for years. At first I was dubious of claims that a company could fix any compressor from Bobcats to Bentleys. I took a chance and I'm glad I did. I have more of these discontinued compressors that I'll be sending to be repaired. Also Scott is more than helpful for any questions you have. A tip is sending the compressor in first or calling ahead of time before making your order. Five stars for sure.

I suggest checking out other U-Pull-It before Ben's. Actually make Ben's Last. It's also $2 entry per person, which also doesn't make sense. But whatever. Not sure how they are still in business.
