Something I could have easily done for myself but, he knew about the sale price on a name brand oil that was even cheaper than the house brand. Was told that battery was weak and would not replace it. It had 100 cold cranking amps less than original. So I took it next door to auto zone who told me battery was bad and needed replaced. Earlier in the week, my vehicle had a weak battery also. It was a 3 year battery also I did not have the receipt with me but the salesman said it was 1 month out of warrant. After purchasing a new battery I checked my receipt at office and found the battery to actually be 6 months in warranty. I was lied to my face and they do not honor warranties. I will never shop at an advance auto parts again. Buyer beware

They knowingly installed incorrect parts, and then blamed me for bringing in the parts. They knew I was a widow alone and didn't give a F. DESPICABLE & UNETHICAL. There's a special place in hell for people like this. Unfortunately I learned for 300 bucks it's not worth the trouble of suing, so I'll just let God & Karma sort it out.

I advised her I'm in Lutz Florida which is about an hour out and that didn't matter. We went back and fourth and she said she has a private buyer for trade-ins, so it would be best to stop by. That piqued my interest seeing that would help get more money for their truck. On Saturday 3/21/2026, I messaged her advising I was able to stop in. As I I mentioned before I'm an hour out. She wished me a happy birthday and even said when would have balloons for me. I show up and I'm greeted by Wayne. He asked me who I was there for, I told him Cher. He asked what vehicle I was there to see. Had me sit at his desk while he called Cher. She didn't answer, so he went to get her. He was gone for 5 minutes and returns to tell me the truck I was there for sold that morning. Now I told Cher I used to sell cars, but you don't have to be a salesman to see a clear bait and switch. He immediately offered the other two Lightning and I said no thank you got up, shook his hand and left. I messaged Cher as I was in my car ready to leave and she didn't apologize for not having the truck, but again let me know about the other trucks they had. I told her I didn't come for the bait and switch and I have not heard back from her yet. I wasted over two hours just in driving. If the dealership was closer, I probably wouldn't be as upset, but this was ridiculous. My experience here at Spring Hill Ford is one if the many reasons people hate going to the dealership. For Cher to do that, knowing I was a car salesman really shows they do not care what they do, just as long as they get you in. I personally spent months communicating with Hankook, gathering records, following up repeatedly, and speaking directly with Hankook's warranty department. The original offer was lower, and I was the one who pushed the matter further and obtained the 47% adjustment. Second, my concern was never asking Ford of Spring Hill to submit a false or improper warranty claim. My concern was that the dealership never clearly diagnosed or documented why all four original tires on a 2024 Ford F-150 Lariat PowerBoost wore out prematurely at approximately 27,000 miles. I repeatedly asked for an explanation. I never received a clear one. If there was no warrantable vehicle defect, then I should have been provided a clear written explanation of what was inspected, what was ruled out, and what caused the abnormal tire wear. Instead, I was left with vague answers and no meaningful documentation. Third, the issue of tire rotations is important. My vehicle was serviced by Ford dealerships, and I trusted Ford to properly maintain the truck. It now appears the tires were not always rotated as represented or required, which in my opinion contributed to the premature wear. That is a service issue, not just a tire manufacturer issue. Fourth, I was told by Claude "Sparky" that the replacement tires would be mounted and balanced at no charge. After weeks of emails, phone calls, and waiting, that promise was later withdrawn and described as a "one-time offer." That is exactly why I advised future customers to get every promise in writing. Finally, my frustration is also with management. I called the General Manager's office several times and left messages requesting a return call. I never received the courtesy of a phone call back. After months of frustration, I received only a cold email. This was not simply about tires. It was about communication, accountability, proper documentation, and standing behind a customer. I do not believe Ford of Spring Hill handled this matter in good faith from the customer's perspective, and I stand by my review.

My husband wanted to try a new place. We are happy we did. The customer service is great. Very welcoming. No "Gen-Z Glare". The inside waiting area is nice and relaxing. I would not have had an issue waiting there while the car was getting maintenance. However, our car was going to take awhile. They offered to drive us home and pick us up. This turned out convenient because we were able to continue our day at home. Highly recommend.

I picked up an older car which I was going to be driving cross country and took it here for evaluation which needed to be done essentially immediately. *My* experience: I had gone to another tire place which recommended replacing only 2 of the 4 tires (which had chunks of rubber de-laminating). Consumer Car Care (CCC) showed me where all 4 of the 10+ year old tires were in bad shape, and sold me 4 highly rated (per Consumer Reports) Kumho tires at the same price the other outfit wanted for 2 Michelins. I really don't need the more expensive brand name. This saved me not just serious $$, but also saved me from a probable blow out. Second, they could have recommended a lot more work than they did. They only changed out the 10+ year coolant and did an oil change. For a car this age which was not religiously maintained, recommending changing out the brake fluid, transmission fluid, belts, and hoses would not have been unreasonable. They checked all of the above and rather than taking a quick profit from someone they were never going to see again, they were honest. 5 months later, no problems. Based on my experience I would highly recommend CCC, trusting both their recommendations and quality of work.

For under $400, this business diagnosed the problem, got the part, fixed the issue and sent me on my way in less than forty-eight hours. The difference was they told me straight out what my issues were by the diagnostic number--no imperious patronizing, thank you--advised what parts were needed and treated me as if I, as a single woman, were capable of understanding the mechanism causing the problem. The waiting area is clean and comfortable if you have to wait while they work on your car. I can't say enough good things about this small, family business except to say they've been in business for over thirty years. Their treatment of me is the reason why. I highly recommend these folks.
