I came across Williams and sons. i walked inside to ask some questions about the yard and even though they couldn't allow me to walk around they had some great prices. I go to leave and my car wouldn't start, it ended up being a starter. they helped me get another one. they even let me keep the car here over the weekend. The "know-it-all" lady behind the counter said she didn't need the part # or actual part. I showed he a photo on my phone and she insisted that's all she needed....the shape and plug configuration. She said the part # was not important at all. She also said any 12v relay with that plug configuration will work just fine. I bought the part and when i tried installing it I realized it was a slight fraction of an inch too large and would not fit. I went to return the part and the manager there (the same "know-it-all") said they will not refund money on an electrical part.....even though she remembered selling me the incorrect part. She stated i didn't give her the part #, but never mentioned that she insisted she didn't need it !!! Lol....theres an Oreilly's near by. The representative laughed when i told her that the Advanced Auto Rep said about they would all fit.
