(Found that out later) Luckily we made it to their place and that afternoon we tried to start the car and click - click - click. The dreaded dead battery sound. Checked an auto parts store and they had the battery but wouldn't install it because it was complicated. We were supposed to leave in a few days for Miami so MAJOR panic mode. Luckily we jumped the car and took it to Gary at All German Autoworks. They squeezed us in, charged the battery and everything checked out from their top class BMW mechanics. For as bad a review I'll leave Amtrak, this is a glowing review for All German Autoworks. Gary and team are the best if you have a problem. They're honest and treated us like we were family. This is coming from a Manhattan based New Yorker and you know we never leave great reviews!!! Thanks again, I couldn't recommend them more.

The initial interaction was spoken with me in Spanish and I had to confirm I called the right place, he couldn't even tell me the name of the business. Then he had that tone that I don't know what I'm talking about because I'm a woman. He started lecturing me on how to find a car shop and why they don't give estimates(which is very odd because most places do that) and the price of the estimate is added into the price they charge(doesn't logically make sense because if you frequently do the service, it's within a price range). From that interaction, I have no confidence in their ability to put their hands on my car. The recommendation I'll take from you is that I definitely take my business elsewhere.

He stayed with me the entire time, answered every question, and didn't step away to help other customers while we were working together, which I really appreciated. Jerry took the time to understand what I actually needed, not just what was easiest to sell, and helped guide me toward a cart that truly fits my lifestyle and budget. A lady came out and asked if he needed help.....he said no. 15 mins later, she came out and started helping anyway. Absolutely no communicates from the guy. There was 10 people there for a recall. Amber, the store manager, hooked up my battery and identified it as DEAD! She noted the age of the battery and said it appeared to still be under warranty. Her system confirmed it was in fact still covered under warranty by 2 more months. This was fantastic news. She was very pleasant, professional and definitely as asset to the company. Wildwood Tire desk staff had a "can do" attitude and understood the process of prioritizing workload and staff scheduling.

STAY AWAY!! I went in for a muffler, they put a new one on a Monday, went back on Thursday because…read morethe spot weld didn't hold on the muffler. Then went back following Monday (same reason) - then back that Thursday - SAME REASON!!! I had the mechanic come to the car, showed him the issue then he said, oh now I know what is needed. UMMM - that should have been apparent on day one but ok. When I picked it up on Friday morning on my way home from the shop, my brake light came on. I went to drive it on Sunday to the shop and I lost my brakes, needless to say I am so beyond upset. I was able with my husbands help to bring it to a shop near my home for repair. I will never go back to this place! For reference, I moved to FL a year ago and this has been the first experience with a shop. I do want to note that Dawn at the desk was quite pleasant, but the shop itself needs a lot of work.
