Barb did not go out of her way to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of. She simply did not care. I got mean/dirty looks from Barb anytime I went in to purchase necessary supplies I needed to repair my car. I felt like an inconvenience. They proceeded to tell us that there were several issues and they wanted over 5000 dollars to fix it! I called bullcrap on them and took it over to Gothenburg tire and automotive and after Ray had gone over it we found that it did not need almost half of the work they claimed! They had told us it had an upper oil pan leak that they wanted over 1400 dollars to fix and it did not! They told us that both the front and rear brakes and rotors needed replaced and only the rear ones needed replaced! The front ones had over 3/4 of life left! They told us that one wheel had a broken lug and stud and it did not! They told us the ball joints were loose and they were not! They told us it needed an alignment and it did not! This place used to be a great place to go and now that Vic is gone they have turned into a bunch of crooks! We had in past years purchased several vehicles from them and always used them for oil changes and mechanical issues but not anymore and if you are smart you will steer clear of this place! I saved over 4000 dollars by going to Gothenburg tire and automotive! Be smart go see Ray at Gothenburg tire and automotive!

My shop here in Longmont replaced my transfer case out of my 02 2500HD…read more Supposed to have been rebuilt by yall, or one of your rebuilders. Here I am thankful for a 2 year 24k mile warranty. At 20 months and 20k miles, I have a hole in my transfer case. Was supposed to have the bearing saver installed to prevent this pump rub issue, but obviously did not. So out of a truck for a week now while the unit gets sent to Nebraska, for it to be repaired. And of course no extension on said warranty. At all. I guess you do not trust this repair/reman/rebuild to last either. It's a sad day. My shop is out their time doing the R&R they should not have to do. I mean you may pay them something on an hour rate, but it is not going to be their normal fee they could be getting while my truck takes up space. And me? I had to go rent a trailer to haul siding! I have a 3/4 ton chevy with an 8 foot bed! But no I am screwed as well! Paid what 3k 20 months ago for a rock solid reman transfer case that was supposed to last as the deficits from GM had been addressed? Guess not. And you will not even extend my warranty to stand behind this repair? A stand up company, would have said holy crap we screwed up, sent a recent reman down to Longmont, and taken the damaged one back in exchange to minimize disruption to the service shop, and the end customer. But nope! Sad state of affairs you guys are in.

Sunday evening, after Highway-side mishap amidst a stormy, we needed a key part to keep our cross country road trip moving forward and alive. On a hit and humid Sunday evening, Manny at Advanced Auto answered the call, did some leg work, and found the parts at a nearby store that could be delivered. The local Chevy dealer couldn't source the critical parts we needed anywhere from three surrounding states. Early Monday morning, Ben helpfully and humorously placed our order. By mid-afternoon, with some proactive assistance and a tremendous sense of levity (a key and often missing ingredient to help) from John, the order was tracked, arrived and handed over for pick-up. John went beyond the extra mile to ensure we got what we needed and where we needed, which allowed us to continue on our journey. I needed that blinker when changing lanes on the interstate. So, I called the NAPA store & was surprised it was open. The man who answered the phone said they had plenty of the bulbs in stock & gave me directions. We laughed when we figured out I was 1 block away. They had the bulb ready when I arrived, took my cover off and replaced the bulb for me. He even asked me to operate the brake & blinker to be sure it worked. I offered him a tip because he was so helpful and the charge was so small. He refused & said it's all part of their service. What a nice group of people!

Knocked on the door but they refused to help. I had to tow the car 65 miles back home and fix it the next day. CARQUEST could have helped but they didn't care about stranded potential customers.
