I used online ordering where I was offered a code for 20% off since this was my first online order, was given a confirmation number and told it'd be ready for in-store pickup in 30 minutes. I arrived about 40 minutes later and my order wasn't actually bagged and ready for me, but the guy behind the counter jotted down the part numbers of the items I'd ordered and quickly gathered them while I waited. Since I'd already paid at the time of order, he printed out a receipt for me to sign, bagged my items and gave me a receipt to take, and I was on my way. In less than 10 minutes, both filters were replaced.

Ebay is helping this company by providing them with a platform. I will devote my energy to placing this feedback on every forum I can find for the next 12 months.
