I do suggest getting a better compressor then the ones there getting. Lets see how long till this one goes out. In the past year I…read morehave brought 2 of my cars into this shop heres the first car story: i brought it in for an alignment. They do the alignment and charge me 100 dollars right after they complete it on the spot without driving the car to confirm its good. So I pay and then I go and drive it, and the wheel is not straight whatsoever, i return and tell them the issue. They say to return the following week to correct it, this was on a wedneday and he said to come back on monday. Since he already had my money, he didnt care to correct it on the spot. I returned the following week to correct it since that was my only choice. It still was not straight. So i returned again and he says to give him $30 more dollars because the original $100 was not enough for the amount of work. I pay him, he does it for the third time, and once again its not straight. He then says my car has suspension issues and it cant be aligned. I couldnt do anything after that so i left. my second car. I had brought it in for an alignment, and the same exact thing. Did the alignment, then charged me before they confirm its good. I went back and forth 5 times spending 1-3 hours there every time. And they charged me every single time even thought the wheel was never straight. They said to buy this suspension part and come back, i had bought 3 different suspension parts and every single time was not straight. Eventually, on my 6th trip there for this second car, they do the same thing, align it, and then charge me without driving it. Keep in mind at this point I have spent probably 500 dollars on alignments and the wheel was never straight. It ended up with the same thing as car 1. saying the car is broken and it cant be aligned. I ended up taking both my cars to this other alignment shop right next door and on the very first time I went, the wheel was perfectly straight, and straight when you let go of the wheel. Both cars are driving like new again. There was never any broken suspension parts, they just coudnt align either of my cars. Never going back to lopez tires I will never trust these people with any of my cars ever again. They only care about taking your money. They dont care about fixing your car. Service requested was for coil-overs that were installed and adjusted to my liking, pretty straight forward and great value. I had asked when I dropped off the car if they can look into a small exhaust leak that was causing a check engine light to pop up. Not only did they sit there for a couple hours trying to resolve the problem, he simply would not give up and refused to let me leave with the check engine light on and the leak. After numerous attempts to remove a spinning stud on my catalytic converter we finally resolved the issue. Beyond grateful for honest and hardworking people in a place where it is like finding a needle in a haystack! So I drop my car off they do the alignment and try saying my tie rods are bad when their brand new and their going to do the best alignment they can. Then they do the alignment as a xtra cab Tacoma mines a pre runner and leave the caster in the red, and set the toe purposely out of limits to make it seem like I need tie rods but then put on the paper they adjusted everything in the green lying putting fake numbers. So I get it re done at a firestone and see the real numbers they put my suspension at and got it done correctly at Firestone. So basically just a super shady, overpriced, and Terrible customer service, and service overall never go here!!!
