The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

Dan and his crew are truly the honest mechanics that you can't find anymore. Besides being excellent mechanics with huge skillsets, they will honestly tell you what is going on with your vehicle, how much/how long it will take, and what you could probably get away with on not fixing to save some money. I've saved so much money and aggravation throughout the years entrusting my vehicles (and ultimately, the safety of my family) to Dan. Additionally, if there's an issue that they're not able to resolve, they've always recommended me to someone with a similar character and skillset to them - someone else just as trustworthy. I what they were going to be able to do for us. The employee put me in touch with the store manager Cathy, who was already done for the day. She told us that they had an employee who had not put the correct information in the system put she would take care of it for us.
