They've pulled my rig out a few times just so I could look at something to figure out how it worked. Within a few hours of calling, our unit was in the shop, the issue diagnosed, options to repair discussed, and parts were ordered. Once parts arrived, we were again immediately back in the shop, repaired and on our way. Don Dee and Heath (technicians) both were so helpful in communicating the initial issue and expediting the parts shipment. I dropped my truck off on a Friday, and they said it would most likely take 2-3 days to fix, including time to buy parts, but since they were a bit understaffed, she was going to promise me it done by the following Friday. I was fine with that. The Thursday before the promise date, I called to ask what time I could pick up my truck at. It was then (only after I called them) I was informed that they hadn't even started work yet. That's when I informed them I needed it for a work trip by the following Wednesday. Knowing it was in a rush, they decided... to not start until 3 o'clock Monday. Unsurprisingly, they didn't have it fixed before the work trip.
