We bought it to cruise the neighborhood, and it's awesome for that! It worked perfectly for 2 weeks, then we loaded it on the trailer and took it cross town to visit family for the 4th of July. It worked fine at first, then the whole electrical system started turning off when the brake was pressed down. So, we learned to drive with no brakes very well for a couple days. My wife called Battery Source of Albany and they asks us to bring it in. By that afternoon, I was picking up my perfectly working Golf Cart. My mom went to phone hub which is next door to battery source and Laurel the kind sales lady told my mom her phone problem was her battery and to go next door battery source replace her phone battery so she did. She said they handed her phone off to a large African American guy and he took her phone to the back. He brought it back to her and she went home and couldn't charge her phone for 2days so she went back and the same guy did the same thing took her phone to the back brought it back to her and she left. She sat in parking lot trying to charge it from her truck but nothing was happening so she went back to laurel at phone hub to ask why isn't her phone charging she bought a new battery for it? Laurel opened it up and immediately called next door to battery source and told someone over there "YOU GUYS NEED TO PUT A NEW BATTERY IN HER PHONE RIGHT NOW"! She told my 82yr old mom to go back over there and put the new battery in right in front of my mom because there's no reason it needs to be taken to the back of store just to replace the battery.they finally put new battery in and her phone started working again just fine.what bothers me is my mom lives ALONE way out in the country Leesburg Ga(I live in San Diego)her phone is her ONLY communication to her family fire department police department etc nonworking phone could be the DEATH of her AND for 82yr to have to drive all the way to town 2X because SHE got ripped off is horrible! The guy came and had a new…read morebattery but refused to change it and told her to go to Battery Source because they could give her a "better deal" and were "family owned" unlike AAA. Not sure what shady business is going on between some AAA employees and Battery Source but this put my mother in danger of breaking down in the middle of the road without a working battery since the Battery Source location was 20 min away from her home. Please report AAA and Battery Source is you need help from AAA and they refuse you a battery and tell you to buy it from Battery Source.

So, I just take it in on a hope. Guy takes one look, points an assistant to a spot on the shelf and bam, perfect replacement with 12 mo prorated warranty and and two month replacement. After tax, I saved $60 against replacing the entire box. Don't get no better 'en that!
