Been a customer for many years. Always bought my oil and filters here. I accidentally bought the wrong filter and didn't realize till I got home. I waited a few weeks to return the filter and they wouldn't accept the return. Will never be coming back here again. The manager Kevin is a douchebag. The clerk requested him to do a manager override and he refused. Avoid this place. read more

Light bulb replacement. My 16 year old needed a light bulb replacement on her vehicle and went to advanced auto parts to get a light bulb, was told that they would help replace her light bulb since she has no experience doing so, but when she arrived they denied helping her. I can't believe the inconsiderate way they treated her. She was on her way to church camp and was trying to do the right thing with no help. I can not completely believe the way she was treated. read more

Never coming here again,the first employee mislead me about the return policy in the first place,said as long as what I bought wasnt damaged they would return it well go figure wanted to return it I took the plastic tag off but that was it!!!also had the reciept.I Go to return it a day or 2 later this employee sporting a manbun mind you haha, that was at the register doing absolutely nothing but staring,said I had to talk to this other worker that was clearly busy on the phone..so I waited,and that one said he couldnt do any thing because I took the tag off.Riduclous!Even Kohls will except a return if you do not use the product,bring the tag and reciept which is exactly what I did.Unproffesional,will stick to Oreilly,Napa,idc never this place ugh read more

Although initially I thought that the staff was helpful and would go the extra mile , I found that after the sell, they were less than accommodating, even after the part they sold me was the wrong one, a computer, which ended up costing me an additional $300 to correct the mistake and repair the damage to my vehicle, Advance would not take responsibility for THEIR mistake, in fact they tried to pass blame onto others just to get out of paying for something that they were definitely responsible for... I also found the district manager condescending and arrogant, I will from this day forward purchase my auto parts from Auto zone... I will never again set foot in an Advance auto parts store, even if its just across the street, I will tell all my friends to boycott them as well.... read more
