I recently had an excellent experience at Fleet Farm in Oconomowoc that I felt deserved a shoutout…read more A few months back, I purchased a pressure washer that ended up being defective. When I brought it in, I was initially told I might have to go through the manufacturer for a replacement, which honestly felt like it was going to be a long and frustrating process. But to my surprise, about a week later, the store manager, Steve, personally reached out and let me know they were going to take care of it in-house. Not only did he make sure I got a working replacement pressure washer, but he also went above and beyond by refunding the gas they had to siphon from the old unit--and sent me home with a brand new gas can, filled with the gas they removed. The whole process was handled with professionalism and care, and it really turned what could have been a disappointing situation into a positive one. Steve and the rest of the Fleet Farm team showed that they genuinely value their customers and stand behind the products they sell. This kind of customer service is rare nowadays. I left feeling valued and appreciated, and I'll definitely be continuing to shop at this location. Big thanks again to Steve and the team!

Peg board was empty of any kind of connectors. I can buy a 7 pin to 4 pin connector at Menards or Walmart. Why are all pegboards empty of products?

I have been trying to get over here for a while and today I finally did, I go to the other place…read morebut I look at both weekly adds with the intention of checking them out. I'm just going to comment on the store and not the Automotive repair aspect of the business, that's a whole can of worms for that part of the industry because perception and miss understanding between both sides have been around as long as people have had automobiles and needed them fixed. The store it self is way bigger than it looks and is similar to Walmart with more meat and potatoes items that people want all across the board, not every stupid little thing. It reminds me of department stores from an earlier time which have all but disappeared, my mom dragged me to them as a child as their time was ending and they left the landscape. I wandered the store looking at everything and picking up items, some from the flyer and some things I needed which could be similar to a Walmart but I noticed something, this has a small town community feel vs the big commercial store experience. It seemed like a family outing thing to do and not just a retail experience by observing the people shopping today. There was generally some good prices on the items which explains the popularity of the place and just a nice shopping experience vs a Walmart, the kids were better behaved. Since there is so little pictures of the place I'm going to show you the place with pictures and just say it's one stop shop.

The customer service here was astoundingly awful. In my opinion, a retailer should stand behind the…read moreproducts they sell and take care of their customers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

My pair of old riding boots had been soaked in the rain on the ride up and were now starting to split at the soles. I found this place via Yelp and within 15 minutes we arrived. We were greeted with pleasant smiles as we entered and everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I ended up buying a new pair of Ariat boots that fit and wore very comfortably. Besides being waterproof they also have a steel toe. I expect to get many good years out of them. As I stated, the store was well stocked and clean. I was told this store had not been open for very long so if you get a chance, go by and check them out.

So I went to take it back to Farm & Fleet. When I got to the counter, the customer service lady asked me if I used it. I replied that I didn't. She proceeded to prod me asking me "Are you sure you didn't use it", insinuating that I was lying. I'm sorry, but when I return something anywhere, I have never been asked that question. I feel offended. You need to retrain your customer service people and to know the product they are selling. If you know how to use these chemicals, you know that once you insert the pin on top, it clicks in place and can't be removed and the cover can't be removed as well for safety reasons.
