We could have driven on course to a different tire service center, but having been to a tires plus locally before in Franklin, WI and using them multiple times for our tire and service needs, we decided to backtrack 15 minutes to the Delafield Tires Plus. When I opened the door I was greeted and acknowledged immediately while the representative finished up with another customer. Once it was our turn, we learned the representative was the manager, named Seth. He asked us about our vehicle and came out to check our tires when I explained we have an upgraded factory rim, just to be sure he had the right tire. He miraculously had 1 of the exact match tire in stock. In our side conversation, he mentioned how much he loved his own children and put great value to his time with his kids, after he learned why we were in swimwear in his store. Without any request, he took our situation into compassionate consideration and said he can bump us up and get us back on the road to our kids in less than an hour. We are so grateful to Seth and his team for the most incredible service and dedication to their customers.

I went in to ask for my deposit back and they acted like I was stupid and it was my fault. I went somewhere else and had the same problem with the order, but no excuse for the horrible treatment. The rental company wanted to charge me for a tow and a full tire replacement, talk about stressful! It was a Saturday and most shops were either closed or too far away. I found Rick's Car Care on Yelp and saw they were listed as open until noon. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying they were actually closed on Saturdays. I decided to knock anyway, and I'm so glad I did! To my surprise, a gentleman named Jimmi answered the door. After I explained the situation, he graciously offered to take a look at my tire, despite being closed for the day. He quickly assessed the damage and was able to fix it with a simple plug. Not only did Jimmi go out of his way to help me, but he also treated me fairly and didn't try to overcharge me just because I was from out of town. The whole repair was fast, VERY affordable, and I was back on the road in under 10 minutes. Jimmi was an absolute lifesaver! His kindness and willingness to help a stranger truly made my day. I called here and he got me right in, and within an hour and 15 minutes he was done with a job that could've taken a normal mechanic 2-3 hours, and it was done perfectly. He took the time afterwards to explain to me some different things to keep an eye out with my vehicle, and also certain maintenance that needs to be kept up that I may have not been used to with my previous vehicle. All that to be said, he was super nice, but all in all a fantastic person and mechanic. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else, not even the dealership!

Also, I emailed to see if there were any other shipping options other than paying $33.90. I mentioned that I was retired and the shipping cost was an issue for me. The owner, Rick Dynek, responded and told me he would split the shipping cost with me and gave me a credit for $16.95. I am so impressed with Hubcaps Unlimited in every way!
