Joe immediately put me at ease with his genuine, friendly mannerisms. I didn't feel like I was being hustled, rushed or, being female, condecended to when discussing repairs. There was an immediate issue with my muffler not being secured properly, which Ed repaired quickly. These folks are honest, true and fair. I was not charged for the free estimate, and shockingly, not for the fix to secure my muffler! Joe was also on the phone for a bit researching the parts and the best price for a future repair that will be needed - my car is a 2003. Thank you so much for your efforts Joe!
