My headlight had burned out weeks ago and I finally made it to the store for a replacement. I tried…read moretaking the old one out in the parking lot without any luck. Inside the man at the counter, Frank, offered his assistance almost right away. He helped me look up the correct type of bulb based on my VIN. Then he took me to the correct aisle and even searched for it himself. There were a lot of bulbs lying on the floor and a box of still packed ones on a cart he looked through. We were able to find the correct one and he got me checked out quickly. The manager asked me what kind of car I'd be putting it in. After I told him and said I had trouble removing it, he came out to the parking lot and helped me switch out the old one at NO CHARGE. He was extremely friendly and super helpful. The staff is wonderful all around there. The only reason I mark them down at all was the messiness of the store and the super dirty floor. Otherwise it was a great experience and I felt my needs were taken care of.

I was acknowledged immediately…read moreafter I entered the store, and the friendly store owner listened attentively to my needs and was genuinely pleased to meet them. My car manual didn't list the part number of the dome light I needed (and neither did that big reference manual that car parts places use), so I was pleasantly surprised he trusted me to let me borrow his screwdriver and take it to my car to bring in the light. When I brought it in, he found a light that worked perfectly. I look forward to coming here again. Also, the store employee was friendly when the owner was in the back getting the parts I needed. He seemed happy to work there. It was such a positive difference! I sometimes get ignored in the big auto parts stores, and the people seem like they are there just to get a paycheck. This was a nice change! This shop prides itself in selling quality parts that last, not just a cheap part that will sell like some chain automotive stores do. Their prices were reasonable, and I was surprised that the cost for the parts I purchased seemed less than the price I saw online at a chain store. Also accepts credit cards.

I was in need of a new rear wiper blade and this was the nearest store of any kind that I could…read morevisit. I walked in with a general idea of the size I needed, but decided to double check with the book that is available for customers. I should of went with what I had thought in the first place, because the book was wrong. More on that in a few. I purchased the blade and went outside to install it. Good thing I did this before I left the lot because it really wasn't the right one. So I repackaged the blade and went back inside. I dealt with a different employee this time and she informed me that I should have asked at the desk before selecting my blade. That would be fine and dandy to have known, but why have those booklets if they aren't correct? After the employee retrieved the right blade you would have thought I was trying to pull a scam on them. I mean you saw me just purchase this, go out in front of your store, attempt to install it and come back in to exchange it for the right one. What could I have done in between any of those actions to suggest I was duping you? Anyway, after I got the right blade, I had no trouble installing this one and was on my way.
