First impression - clean and well stocked. The staff however... lazy and uncaring. We felt like we were bothering them to be there in the first place. The guy who sold us the battery mumbled and was just barely verbal enough to tell us what we needed. When I returned to get my core deposit the two guys (one was a manager) ignored me for a full half minute while they looked out the window... while I stood there holding a heavy battery. While finally processing my deposit refund the clerk needed a password from the window-gazing manager. He called him over but the mgr walked right by as if he didn't see us. Finally another manager (big guy with a full beard - the ONLY helpful and competent person in the store) came over and completed the transaction. If everyone in this place takes a lesson from the last guy, it would be a pleasure to shop here. Otherwise you might want to try somewhere else...

I purchased an almost $10000.00 motor and trans combination. FYI, this also included tuning. I ordered a 500+ HP built motor for a classic car I was building. After receiving it I spent the time and money to clean it up and paint it, and many hours to put it in the car. Fist time starting it and it leaked so bad from the rear main seal that I would have run out of oil in 5 min. I think you would see that type of leek when you do a tune and break in. Then after taking the motor back out to fix that issue I drove it for 30miles and two of the valves seized and broke the rocker arms. At this point I had a mechanic take a look at it and scope the motor. He found that it was an old motor with a lot of miles on it with rebuilt heads and a cam. Needless to say it was a bait and switch (not what I paid for) After talking with Stu at just Chevy trucks he said they would clear this up and build me the motor that I paid for. So after waiting again for weeks for the new motor and having to pull the bad one back out again at my expense the new motor came. With little trust left at this point I scoped it to make sure it was what I paid for. It looked good so I installed it In the car. Once started it would not hold an idle. The tuner I took it too said it had never been tuned. If you recall from the beginning of my story I paid just Chevy Trucks to tune it. Another $600.00 wasted on something they didn't do. After driving it a total of 90 miles the motor threw a rod. (Motor is toast) So to sum it up. This company doesn't know how to build a motor and I was a victim of it. After all the money and time spent I should have just built my own or purchased a GM motor. It would have been easier and way cheeper. All together I believe they owe me my money back but they will not even return my emails. Save yourself the heartache.

They said in order for them to lower my truck I needed to pay for a brake job. (0ver $1000). After threatening to call the police to get my truck back, they lowered it and it came off the lift no issue. There were no brakes locked, like they said, and my brakes worked fine. (My truck is less than 5 years old, and is maintained). I now understand why ALL of the garage bays were empty. I will never go back. Do not recommend.
