It passed inspection for the first 2 years, and I had undercoating put on it. Now in 2026, with 53000 miles on it, it wouldn't pass inspection, because oil from a gasket leak was dripping on the exhaust pipe. When they showed me the undercarriage I was shocked to see how much rust was on it. To make matters even worse, they wanted over $4,000 to fix it! I emailed the original sales person with my problem. 5 days later they wrote that the email had gone into their spam section. I still owed $10,000 on my loan and the car was only worth $10,000, so I had nothing to trade in at the new dealership I went to!

I inquired last minute about replacing a stock drag link with a synergy drag link (I had on hand)…read more They took my appointment same week. I dropped off my gladiator the night before, they suggested an oil change (they walked me into amsoil) I agreed to be nice, I'll do the oil. They quoted me 125-200 to replace the drag link. I inquired about a steering brace, they said they have one in stock. An hour later they respond by saying it won't fit. I told them they had to shave off some for (rubicon, Mojave and high altitude trims) to make it a snug fit. Go into the shop the second day it is there to check on it. the same tech goes we can put the brace in if you want it, I replied yes I would like this installed for a piece of mind-he said I don't blame you, we will install skyjacker brace. I get a ride to the shop today (day 3) because shop said it is all set for pick up. Sky jacker brace not installed. I thought fine no worries. Bill texts me at 10pm (see attachments). This is my first time even doing business there. while squaring up to pay for the bill, tech comes up and says your drivers side AMP STEP won't retract steps are 6 months old, zero issues up until it went here. tech was nice and worried about the step, the lady who owns the place shrugs it off and says oh they ALL glitch up all the time. Weather was 40 degrees through duration of visit (no wintery mix whatsoever that froze up the step). This is how my experience was, accepted all services and I do not intend to detract anyone from getting work done here, as your experiences may be different than mine. Folks were pleasant, but each individual I talked to through out the experience said different things IN THE ENTIRETY OF THE PROCESS for example what work was being done, finish time etc. Was supposed to also get an alignment at their outsourced alignment shop down the st, I know it didn't go because they were adjusting drag link on site as I was paying my bill. 375 labor to install drag link and labor to change oil- amount for actual oil was separate charge Bill balance total over 500.00. Their response about Bills stories told was he gets confused.

Took my son's car there for a battery sensor issue diagnosis and inspection. The inspection showed…read morean oil leak but they couldn't determine the source. So we dropped it off in the morning, received a video from the technician and hour later determining the source as the gaskets around the oil pans and some hoses. Despite leaving 4 messages we never heard from them. My husband showed up and they had miraculously found another leak whkch would require them to remove the entire engine to repair at a cost of over $4 grand. Mind you the technician on his video never identified this leak. Needless to say we spent $400.00 and they fixed nothing. We will never be using this dealership again.
