Napa is far superior to the other parts places you see on every other street corner . First I find that they are way more knowledgeable than most part suppliers. They also have better quality products and more stock. Several instances I have needed parts I was told at other places they needed to order, or go to the dealer for, and Napa had then on hand. They really are awesome. This location has a great group of employees. They have always been helpful and will remember you if you call up asking questions before you come in. I will say that you may find their price can be a little bit more then other places on some items but the quality is there . It's not highway robbery to pay a few bucks extra for supply that's on hand. If you are in need of repairs or replacement parts why not give them a shot.

Sure enough I gave a visit and talked to Bill and he went out of his way to check on the specs of a new cap that could exceed in the high $3K and instead found in the used inventory a excellent cap that was the right size, color, and style and less than 1/2 the price of a new one. A "lottery win" moment for me. It took only 2 days to have it brought over from another location and was installed ahead of time because of the forecasted inclement Michigan weather. Unheard of customer service that was top notch from the walk-in door conversation, checking it out on the computer, and I have a cap that I'm beyond happy about. ;)

In store inventory is limited. The worst part was when my integrity was challenged. I bought a product and returned it unopened by me. It sat on my counter top. After a week, I went to return it and was accused of opening and attempting to install it. I am convinced someone before me opened it and returned it. I'm out on Cycle Gear. Once my integrity is challenged, then my relationship with any business is over. I'll give the store credit away, this isn't about the money.
