Wost return policy ever, I will never shop there again and strongly recommend everyone else to think twice about it also.

If anything the problem got worse after service here. O-rings on the lines on the compressor were replaced, yet they continued to leak. Ended up taking it to a dealer and they had to redo the job that Pep Boys fell short on. Perhaps that's on me, tried to save a little money on a/c and it didn't go in my favor. In the end, I had to go to the dealer anyways and spent twice the amount of money, than if I would've chosen the dealer in the first place. And that's not all! After the initial a/c service I brought my car back to have them recheck for leaks. After 36 hours I call to get my car's status. They answer and ask ME why my car is there. I find it rather curious that my car was there for 36 hours and no one knew why it was there. Moreover, if they didn't know, then why didn't anyone call and ask me about it? Our language exists for a reason don't ya know?

I took it first to Gratiot Auto Center where they charged me $98 to tell me what I already knew, and they wanted $98 more to diagnose it more. My sister told me about Eastpointe Auto so I decided to take it there. Not only did they figure out what was wrong but they did it in a very timely fashion (only a matter of a few hours). Their diagnostic fee ($48) was much nicer on my wallet too. EAC gets 2 thumbs up from me, and I'll refer all my friends.
