So because I was a woman, a black woman, they were all white men, they didn't want to help me at O'Reilly's. Then I recommended my son before I found out that she had bad damage and they done in his brakes and his transmission and oil change and boy they just made a mess of everything and his brakes are worse now and he's just having a lot of issues with his car so I do not recommend this place due to the damages of these people have had probably if I've looked under my truck and stuff I would have seen the same damages. Early Monday I called 84 Auto Shop and explained the situation. They said they could help me but the part was in Texarkana and it would take some time to the part. In the meantime we had the SUV towed to their place. Within 10-15 minutes the new alternator showed up. They had pulled the SUV in the bay and were taking the old alternator out.
