Some of the workers here try to be hot shot, know it alls when in fact they are not even close. It takes forever to get the right part sometimes due to lack of knowledge of the parts they are selling. Multiple times have I also overheard workers giving out advice that was completely wrong to people asking about repairs. I've even seen their employees screw up putting wiper blades on a customers car. This place does have a good selection of parts when I am in a bind and the service can be very good at times. Its just a very hit and miss kind of place when it comes to satisfaction.

We were required to sign paperwork indicating it had passed their inspection, yet we were not given a copy, and absolutely no problems were disclosed to us. Within LESS THAN 24 HOURS, we discovered a headlight and taillight were out, the air conditioning stopped working, and smoke began pouring from one of the wheels--appearing consistent with a seized brake caliper. We no longer consider the vehicle safe to drive. This vehicle was highly misrepresented to us and sold with significant undisclosed problems. Had its actual condition been disclosed, we NEVER would have purchased it. A dealership has a responsibility to properly inspect the vehicles it offers for sale and accurately represent their condition. Either this vehicle was not adequately inspected before being sold, or significant problems were not disclosed to us. Neither is acceptable. We are documenting everything and having the vehicle independently evaluated. We expect the dealership to take responsibility and resolve this appropriately. How they choose to handle this from this point forward will determine our next steps. Until then, I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership.

I gave them my vin #, make and model of my car and said I needed a transmission that would fit my vin #. The guy told me that they had a transmission that would fit my make and model and vin #. I found out later it did not fit my make and model and vin # and the supervisor showed no concern or surprise when I brought the matter to his attention. He had no explanation, no apology, nothing and acted as if it was no big deal. I found an excellent mechanic/transmission installer who was able to, with a lot of time and effort - and swearing make it eventually fit but the labor cost that I had to pay was over 3 times what I would have paid if they had sold me the correct size transmission. They should have told me that they did not have an exact fit. It wasn't even an accident, I was sold this wrong part deliberately! So my advice is to be cautious if you deal with these people, make sure all is on the up and up and don't buy anything that you can't verify yourself.
