Nothing could be further from the truth at Brick's Best. When I arrived at Brick's Best, I was greeted immediately by friendly faces who took my appt right on time. They invited me to have fresh coffee with cold Milk, some packaged snacks, and a sparkling clean bathroom. They diagnosed my issue in less than 10 mins and discovered another issue that I didn't expect and said they would fix that too. Worn down leaving no surface for a wrench to grip. Caused by carelessness NOT "swelling ". Tires overinflated by 20 & 30%. Told the tires would connect to the TPMS when driven. FALSE. I had to correct the pressure myself. Not willing to take the time to do the job correctly. Nasty responses from the employees.
