After two weeks my wheel seal on the same wheel they they fixed starts leaking again. At this point I was home, back in TX so I took everything apart by my self. When I took apart I was speechless when I saw damage. That mechanic did not put properly back any components on my axel. My whole hub was destroyed from bearings that were lose, he didn't torque on specs any of two nuts on axel and on top of that didn't put back axel spacer at ALL. I was lucky my axel didn't got damage. Just mind blowing how bad they were. After That I ask for my money back and of course they need bird sight view pics and all sort of bull.. I had all receipts and they know about that job cos happened just two weeks prior. THINK TWICE before U use any of this shops. very poor mechanics, service, costumer service and prices. We are actually grateful it went that way though; if it was going to be a bad experience, I'd much rather have bad attitude than bad service/repair.

I drove to the building, almost 15 miles going around 20 miles per our (outside dually tire blown) only to find no one there. Had an outer dually tire blow on a box truck, with a load, on the way to the customers address. Luckily, this occurred near the London exit with a tire shop almost directly off the exit. Got a good condition tire, that was somewhat okay priced and was back on the road within 30 minutes.

Discouraged I would ever get my car fixed, I was recommended to Van Dyne Automotive and was assured if anyone could fix it, they could. It's a small place and I had never heard of them before but I took another chance and I am very happy I did. The mechanic Brian was very busy but fit me in right away, I was waiting on my friend to pick me up as I figured it would take days to figure out like all the other places did, but before my ride arrived, Brian had already found and repaired the issue that was making my car run so badly. I was shocked and in disbelief, but he assured me that it was definitely what was causing the problem, he explained it all to me but I don't remember what it was, it seemed complicated to me but Brian said it a simple repair that the other places missed. I don't know if he has magic powers or is just really awesome at his job, but my car has never ran better, it's smoother and quieter than it was when it was new! I am so thankful for finding this place, I only spoke with Brian as he was the only one there, I don't know how he manages to do it, as he was fixing cars, answering the phone, and checking people in at the front desk, but he is my hero for helping me even when he was so busy already, he didn't even charge me for the magic he worked! I offered to pay him anything for helping me save my car and not having to buy a new one, but he declined and said he was happy to help. Magic hands, friendly, and handsome, too bad he isn't single, lol. Van Dyne Automotive has a new customer for life!
