The tow truck got my car (and myself- thanks to James for the ride) to the shop around 3:30 PM. The pros there took a look immediately and were able to isolate the problem to the battery and had a replacement delivered to the shop and installed REALLY fast. They gave me a very reasonable price for the battery and service and I drove out of there before 5:00. I would absolutely do business with this shop again.

The mechanic I worked with at UN Auto Tech was Joe, and I have only great things to say about him and the shop. He was very pleasant, professional, honest and a good communicator. He assessed my problems, had the car fixed in a short amount of time, and the price he charged me was significantly less than what I had been quoted at the dealership. It was clear that Joe is very knowledgeable about Minis and enjoys working on them. My car now runs like a charm. I love knowing that I've found a mechanic nearby that can fix my car at a fair price.
