My fee for fixing my phone screen was cheaper than any phone place I have called in the AV, SCV and even down to Glendale. I appreciate the flat fee, and it was shipped quickly. It arrived on time, and the lady that ordered my screen replacement called me the day before it was anticipated to arrive, as promised, to schedule my time to come get it fixed. Once I arrived to the shop, she and the owner (who fixed my screen) were very polite, and very casual. My screen was fixed in less than half an hour, and works beautifully. The very next day, my screen broke again, so I do wish they had some kind of warranty or something - but it was totally my fault that it broke again. (Ive never broken a screen in my life and broke the one on this phone twice in a month right after getting it, go figure!) I was so happy with my experience I called about another phone, and they were very straightforward with me in saying that since my other phone and software was so old, just upgrading would be cheaper. I researched it and they were totally right. I appreciate their candor, rather than them just trying to make a buck off another replacement. I'm not sure why the other reviews are so negative at all. If i need another screen fixed, I will definitely come back with no hesitations. I had a very bad experience with the "owners" of Advance Cellular. I was referred to them from a friend that told me they will fix my phone for a good price. I had an iPhone that needed to be fixed,and I also purchased a used iPhone from them for 180.00. Well to start...my phone was never fixed and they had it for about 3 months or longer. And when I got it back the screen was completely shattered and Charlie told me that I gave it to him like that!' Bull****!!! I went to turn on the "unlocked" cell phone with metro pcs and they told me the phone was locked. I went back to Advance Cellular today and Charlie jr told me yes! All phones are locked with the carriers. How does this make sense??? I went in a paid for a phone that I would not be able to connect?! So you are selling and misleading your customers??? He told me he could unlock it for 125. After me complaining he gave me a metro SIM card. Which I was able to get it connected. So he knows what he is doing!! Scamming people for more money. I looked up BBB and seen a story very similar to mine. I would not recommend anyone to them. I'm surprised they have been in business for this long. Brenda also took time to help me with my gmail account and even help set up a new phone for me . The guy Charlie did a good job fixing my phone but when I left I noticed my iTouch wasn't working, I couldn't hear anyone when I called them unless they were on speaker, and my port wast identifying my Aux or any of my headphone adapters I went back that same day he tried to fix it but nothing told me to come back Saturday because he'll have more 8 plus cases I can back and I'm waiting patiently when I guess his name is pops come up to me telling me to leave me phone I refused because the job should have been done right the first time long story short he fixed my screen but my adapter still isn't identifying now I have to take it to apple who might not even work on it because he's a 3rd party company just be carful here the people are friendly And the prices are cheap but that doesn't mean it's going to be good quality just don't go here if you have an iPhone read more

The people who work there seemed nice but they charge sales tax on boost refills and the sales tax wasn't even on the receipt with the convenience fee and refill.
