I should have written this a while ago-- we had Next Door paint out the inside of the home we…read morebought. This included walls, ceilings, baseboards, doors and even refinishing the kitchen cabinets. They were so easy to work with-- from the quote to scheduling the work and following up for touch ups. It couldn't have been easier which was surprising given the size of the project. They are bonded and insured and have a supervisor who manages the whole project end to end. The painting of everything turned out really well. The best part though by far was the kitchen cabinets. They were a very light oak color; nice cabinets but a bit outdated in terms of color. The team removed the doors, took them offsite to sand them down and spray them. They turned out perfect-- I get compliments on them all the time. They also refinished a stair banister and fireplace mantel. Both were painted black so these were no small jobs. We had these painted white as well and they turned out beautifully. Their prices were fair, their work was great and the overall project management couldn't have been better. I highly recommend Next Door.

Martin and Greg really took into account what we wanted and provided useful feedback to help us design what we needed. Both of the bathrooms are fairly small spaces so it was helpful to have their design ideas and what they knew would work for the space. Additionally, the trades that they work with were very professional; we were living in the house as they did the renovations and they were all respectful of our space and time. The only drawback for the whole process was that it did take a much longer time to complete the project than we expected or they had projected - but they were good about keeping us updated and in-the-loop so we knew what was happening and where the holdups were. We would definitely recommend them and if we have any future remodeling plans we would work with them again.

The quote was very competitive and fair ! Frank did negotiate with me, which made what I felt was a great deal. Of course, using my credit card with no extra fee, was icing on the cake. Doesn't hurt to get some extra airline miles. Project started on schedule, delayed a bit to all the rain, but finished in a reasonable time. Workmanship and clean up, perfect! Contact with Frank was very responsive. Thanks guys! Looking forward to extend my warranty in two years.
