The customer service is unmatched. They really show that they care about you. Every time I walk in there's smiling faces waiting to greet me. They make sure that my financial needs are met and give great advice when needed. I wanted to invest some extra money that I had stored away and Shannon, the Branch Manager, kindly directed me to their financial advisor, Jamie, who helped me choose the best plan to invest my money. Each time a problem came up for us Rhea went above and beyond to fix it and make sure we got the house we wanted. I love how thorough she is. She makes sure all of your paperwork is right. Trust me this was my 6th house purchase and it was the easiest when it came to paper work. Also the rate they worked so hard to get us an amazing rate. So we could afford the house we wanted.
