My mother is elderly and has Parkinson's. At the recommendation of her doctor we signed her up for…read morewater therapy. She went a couple of times and the therapist got in the pool to help her. But during a recent visit, a different therapist decided she could get in my herself (she's 88 and uses a walker). She went under and her caregiver jumped in to get her up. The therapist, meanwhile, was emptying her pockets and taking off her shoes. As of course complained and insisted that the therapist accompany her. Shortly thereafter we were advised that they didn't think therapy was helping her and refused further services. I think you can figure out as well as I why they decided not to continue. They simply didn't want to be bothered to put forth any effort.

Her office is lovely and has easy/free parking. She handles all appointment scheduling and insurance claims herself so you'll never have to worry about dealing with an unresponsive front office staff etc. I was devastated when I first broke my wrist and later on really looked forward to going to my appointments every week. Claire provides a 1 on 1 experience during sessions as well as various exercises to do at home. She was instrumental in getting my wrist functional again and even provided an excellent recommendation for my dad's PT.
