I called and a human answered. I explained what I needed repaired. He asked a few questions then gave me a quote over the phone. Plus they use 15,000 cycle springs instead of the industries 10,000 cycles. He said if I want to get put on the schedule for the next day to send him a few pictures with the name address and phone number and he'll give it a thumbs up in a text message. Well, that is exactly what I did and this morning one of his employees that does the installs texted me and told me approximately when he would be here. Then he messaged me this afternoon with a better time frame which was exactly the time he quoted as earlier. By the time I got home, he was done. He was probably here for 30 minutes. He had everything adjusted, but still had me push the button just to make sure if I noticed anything out of whack. Everything works as it should. They take checks or cash, and they will take a card, but warn people that it will be 4% extra. I couldn't be more satisfied and I'm glad to have it done in such a minimal timeframe.

Well November came and went and then it got pushed back to the later part of December "Before the holidays". Then January came and we still hadn't heard anything. We were told the door was in but the scheduling department was supposed to set up the install. I was only allowed to talk to our sales rep who only had the answer of he escalated it to the higher ups and it was out of his hands. So we requested our money back. They were going to send the door to Fergus Falls to have their sister company install it. We just wanted our money back. So we submitted a claim to the attorney general in ND. Two weeks later we received our refund check for the down payment. All the lies and no communication no actual timelines. We just wanted honesty and we would have been ok but to never call us or tell us whats happening once they got our money was unacceptable. Overall we are happy we got a refund and the sales rep was good but the company as a whole shouldn't be trusted.

We found out recently that they are friends of one of the residents. They do a great job clearing their area including their mailbox. Over the course of the last 3 snow events, they've neither cleared our mailbox nor our next door neighbors. We've both had to stop our mail, it's gotten so bad. Above and beyond that our driveway has been very sloppily cleared. The driveway in front of our garage has gotten so bad, it has become a gigantic icy speed bump. When my wife has called regarding the mailboxes they have only been rude. I'm taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same. Fargo, ND is a tough place to live especially when you have a Snow removal business you can not count on.

The washer and dryer on our floor keep breaking--they contract them now to a company called CSC and they are the absolute WORST at maintaining the machines. Currently the washer works so-so and the dryer is not working at all. I have put in multiple maintenance requests with the company. Hopefully now that the rental office has gotten enough complaints, especially from me, they will get a new dryer installed. Tomorrow I have to haul all my laundry down the steps and to the car, to a laundromat, and then back up. Not looking forward to it as I have a broken toe! As far as rent goes, it is average. During our initial showing a property manager was late, didn't have keys for the correct apartment, and apartment was an absolute mess. When it came time to move in the apartment was still in the same condition almost 2-3 months later during our move in. It took is two weeks after our move in date to actually move in due to the cleaning, painting, and maintenance the apartment needed. Management wouldn't pro-rate the time lost and when we asked if there was a reimbursement it was the classic "I'll speak with our manager and get back to you". We never heard anything back. If this was us failing to move out on time we would be charged but no accountability on their end to help us in the predicament they place their residents. Overall living conditions were good. Thankfully good neighbors and never had an issues In that regard. Moving out and doing final walk through property manager never showed up or gave us a courtesy call they were going to be late. Attempted to call main office but still had their phones forwarded to voicemail during working hours. Going there and hear the "Oh he should be there". Well yeah he should be there, he's an hour late. He never ended up showing up. A final walk through was completed without us being there so we don't know what they deducted us for. When we asked for a copy they told us we have thirty days. Overall, dealing with the company has been a nightmare. They don't get anything done, unorganized, and just lost patience for a company that doesn't have any regard for you or showing any willingness to provide any type of quality service.
