We started the process of ordering a door back in September and was supposed to be installed the…read morefirst week of November. Well November came and went and then it got pushed back to the later part of December "Before the holidays". Then January came and we still hadn't heard anything. We were told the door was in but the scheduling department was supposed to set up the install. I was only allowed to talk to our sales rep who only had the answer of he escalated it to the higher ups and it was out of his hands. So we requested our money back. They were going to send the door to Fergus Falls to have their sister company install it. We just wanted our money back. So we submitted a claim to the attorney general in ND. Two weeks later we received our refund check for the down payment. All the lies and no communication no actual timelines. We just wanted honesty and we would have been ok but to never call us or tell us whats happening once they got our money was unacceptable. Overall we are happy we got a refund and the sales rep was good but the company as a whole shouldn't be trusted.

We found out recently that they are friends of one of the residents. They do a great job clearing their area including their mailbox. Over the course of the last 3 snow events, they've neither cleared our mailbox nor our next door neighbors. We've both had to stop our mail, it's gotten so bad. Above and beyond that our driveway has been very sloppily cleared. The driveway in front of our garage has gotten so bad, it has become a gigantic icy speed bump. When my wife has called regarding the mailboxes they have only been rude. I'm taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same. Fargo, ND is a tough place to live especially when you have a Snow removal business you can not count on.

When somebody comes to visit or deliver, you have to walk down to let them in. The washer and dryer on our floor keep breaking--they contract them now to a company called CSC and they are the absolute WORST at maintaining the machines. Currently the washer works so-so and the dryer is not working at all. I have put in multiple maintenance requests with the company. Hopefully now that the rental office has gotten enough complaints, especially from me, they will get a new dryer installed. Tomorrow I have to haul all my laundry down the steps and to the car, to a laundromat, and then back up. Not looking forward to it as I have a broken toe! As far as rent goes, it is average. It isn't through the roof, but for all the issues we have, it is too high.
