My therapist, Chris was very accommodating and supporting my entire journey back to wellness! He assured me that we would set goals and expectations based on where I was and where I wanted to be. They worked with my schedule whether I needed to be there first thing in the morning or late in the day. When I missed an appointment, they would call and hold me accountable! I loved feeling like my progress was just as important to me as it was to him. I would not choose another facility let alone another therapist! I plan on going back in since it's been about two years and I am now experiencing some popping when rotating my knee. I will update my review after my next journey!

The office experience was great until he hired a new scheduler, that's only been there 9 months vs. my 3 years of being a patient with ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS! For aqua therapy he doesn't change the water as frequently as it should be done. I've found it filthy, with a ring around it, patch work at the bottom of the pool which makes it uncomfortable and floating insects sometimes. Depending on your disability, Ive witness derogatory comments, slow service and misunderstood patients. I do not recommend this facility period. There is now an ACTIVE COMPLAINT BEING PLACED AGAINST them.

In addition, they charged the same co-pay each time I went so I was accumulating a balance for the entire time I was going, only to get billed in January. For me this isn't a problem but I imagine it might be for others, so make sure you question them on what they are actually charging before agreeing to go here. I will not return here if physical therapy becomes a necessity in the future.

She is the perfect mix of professional and fun; I love the conversations we have while I'm in the office, and she makes sure that I'm feeling better than I came in every time I walk out the door. My son had colic when he was a newborn, and Dr. Juliana Marciniak provided him the relief he needed. (they have a sign up at the door not to park in the restaurant lot next door - I've never actually seen vehicles in the lot next door so I don't know why the restaurant is picky about it, but I appreciate the heads up!)

Dylan Stannard was my therapist and what a great job he did, people that were there that had the same surgery couldn't believe how fast I responded to therapy. I credit that to Dylan. Dylan not only is a great therapist but a super nice guy. Now I want to say just how friendly each and everyone that works there is, it starts with Christa at the front desk, I also briefly worked with therapists Rebecca and Josette and I can say 2 wonderful ladies. Nicki is the exercise physiologist, again another sweetheart. I guess what I'm saying is you aren't just another name...you become like family. I was released from PT after 5 weeks, my wife and I joined the gym at Trilogy because of the entire staff and friendliness of the people who belong to the gym. Come the end of January I will be having another full knee replacement on my other knee and as you might guess I will be going to Trilogy and Dylan at the Sheridan Drive location for my PT.
