I've been their customer for a while and recently needed to have the flex line replaced on my kitchen gas stove. Nicole and Lauren in the office accommodated my availability and scheduled the service promptly. John, a technician, arrived on time with his apprentice. He's done work in my home before and I was happy to have him here again. John worked diligently and safely to swap out the flex line. He checked the stovetop burners to ensure everything was in good working order. John and his apprentice positioned the stove exactly how I needed it to be ensuring the new flex line was safely in place as the stove was pushed back. Once again, I am very pleased with this company, their responsiveness, and exemplary customer service.

He was rude, and there was a leak literally 5 minutes after he left. He attempted to fix it, but the unit kept leaking. He did not purge the system correctly, causing further issues. This unit failed by November of 2022, i contacted him, and he once again told me lies - still no receipt for work performed, even after multiple requests. He stopped responding, would not honor warranty, and now I have to pay out of pocket to replace the water heater again. Shame on them for running such a shady business!!!
