I wish I could be putting up a better review because he does good work, but if you still see this post still it means that he hasn't come back to finish the work. I will update again after the 27th to let you know how honest and trustworthy he is. --- Suspecting a Fraud in Progress Similar to Nir B's experience, I am getting the delaying tactics. Daniyar Tuyakbayev (from Aesthetic Metals or Glass Railing Doctor) visited my house in January 2022, collected $8,500 (half of the total estimate) to order the glass panels for my deck railing, and promised 2-4 weeks to completion in writing. Since then he has not started the work, blaming supply chain issues with the glass industry but refusing to provide any proof that the glass panels have actually been ordered. I am filing a complaint to the county attorney's office to investigate a possible fraud. I will provide updates to this post if there is any progress, and would be happy to retract this review if the work actually gets done or when I get refunded. But if you still see this post, it means that the work hasn't gotten started, I'm still $8,500 down, and please don't fall for a possible fraud.

In addition rust is already showing through the painted steel they installed. Some bolts are missing and the gate lock doesn't work or fit the gate frame. We have had the remedial work quoted by another contractor. They quoted $3,700 to paint the railings and 'make good' the unfinished work. We have tried to contact Dan Tuyakbayev of Aesthetic Metals several times. He said he would finish the work. He agreed its of poor quality and not finished. He has failed to complete the work, contact us or turn up. This has gone on for months and is deeply frustrating. We have requested a refund several times. He has not refunded us or completed the work. Some of his email replies have been threatening, untrue and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to use this company.

I sent Gipsy a couple of pictures for the style I was looking for, and he was prompt to come take measurements and give me a quote. Installation was smooth, and the quality of the work is excellent - the railing is very solid, the welds are invisible, and the side anchors into the concrete are inconspicuous. Exactly what I was looking for. Based on this, I also asked him to fabricate a custom crawlspace door due to an unusual setup and measurements. We brainstormed on how to do it, Gipsy came back with a great idea to make it work at a very reasonable cost. He stopped by to do a test fitting before making some tweaks and doing the permanent install. The final product is extremely sturdy, very functional, maximizes access space, and looks great. We went back and forth on prices and inventory, adding and subtracting pieces as I made up my mind on what we actually needed. When it came time to pick it up, I made the trip down with a pickup truck and a truck bed extender. I figured out pretty quickly that I am probably not their normal clientele. This is a huge operation. Flatbed trucks everywhere. I probably looked hilarious to the employees but they were extremely helpful loading the pallet into the back of my truck.
