We have custom metal railings in our backyard, and when we added a deck we wanted about 20' of matching railings around it and down a stairway. I contacted Fernando and he was friendly and responsive. He was able to match our custom railing design, as well as modifying existing pieces into the design to minimize waste. He recommended good design solutions and solved problems nicely. His metalwork looks nice and clean. He took care of painting the new railings to match the existing ones. He installed them efficiently with his coworker. He was responsive to my concerns and requests and sensitive to our schedule (which was admittedly loose). He was prompt with appointments-- or very communicative if something came up. He sent us photos of our railings while they were in progress. He sent us quotes for both repair and replacement options. We decided to replace them. The lead time was 7 weeks. His team of four worked non-stop to finish the entire installation in one day.
