You never want to be in a situation where you need to call for a tow, but I had that dreaded moment today. The ONLY tow truck company that would come tow me from Lochbuie to Broomfield on a Friday about 7pm. I literally called about 7-8 companies but they either were too busy or didn't have the right truck available. The person that answered the phone at Advance was pleasant and professional, the guy that showed up was FAST... he was also just a good dude. He called me when he arrived as the street was goofy and he needed to know where to go. A lot of companies would have just left. The rate was very fair compared to another quote I had gotten earlier which was great and they dropped my vehicle off at the right location and in the correct spot as I was having work done at a mechanic shop. They only have spaces for their customers and my driver put my vehicle in the correct spot for me so it didn't get my mechanic in trouble with his neighbors or get me towed etc. If I could give them 6 stars I would! It made a very difficult situation a much better one. Thank you folks at Advance Towing, you rock!!!! I'm keeping your number in my cell phone in case I ever need a tow again. read more

Todd cut the given ETA in half. I was expecting them to take longer so I went to a nearby tire shop. When I got back to my car he was there waiting for me. Naturally, I would expect to be greeted by a disgruntled towman, but Todd was only respectful and friendly. Never in my life have I met a towman with a good attitude. He gave me and my car a ride to the tire shop and loaded the car at lightning speed. He was also the first person to work on my car without blowing the clutch. Tony from Advanced Towing helped us with a flat tire. The towing company was fast, courteous and professional. My son is taking the car to college and neither of us had the first idea about changing a tire or even what tools were in the car to do it. I rarely get my hands dirty outside of my property. Tony not only got the spare on, the dude took time to give us a seminar on the right way to change a tire and the best tools to use. I Was blown away by this professional. It is hard to find many people that work with the public that don't make you feel like your business is interrupting their phone call or Pokémon Go, so this was a pleasant surprise. My motorcycle broke down the other day and I had to have it towed. I looked online and found this place in my search results. It was nearby and the person I talked to on the phone was nice and didn't seem to rush things when I had questions about getting a tow. I just had to tell him what I was driving(make, model, year) the location of where I was and where I was going to have the motorcycle towed. He estimated that it would be 45 min. which I did not mind waiting, but would have liked an earlier time. They charged me a flat fee of $70 then $3 for every extra mile that the destination was from the pick up. I decided to wait and to my surprise the tow driver got to my location in about 35 min. I honestly was expecting 1 hour at least. The tow driver, Mike, was very helpful and very courteous to me as I had to get the bike onto the bed of the truck and he tied it down. Upon arrival to the motorcycle shop, I had to check in and get a service filing done for the motorcycle to get worked on. This took about 15 min. I was glad that Mike was not hassling me to hurry up, because I was anyways and didn't want him to wait too long. When paying finally I did it with credit card and the process was fast as he got my information while writing it all down. I hate breaking down in any vehicle, so I'm glad the towing company was nice and did not rush things for me. I highly recommend this company for your tows if you are in need! read more

I just wanted to let you know that your driver, Fred, was incredible today. He not only showed up much earlier than I expected, but he was patient and explained things before he did them. He then inspected my vehicle to check for damage. Since I only had a flat tire, he went well over and beyond today. I wanted you to know that your employee was wonderful and if I should ever need your type of services again, your company will be the first one I call, and if possible I'll be requesting Fred. Amazing Service. My car broke down on the way to work, and it was too early for any one to be open, so I had a coworker pick me up and bring me to the office. Found them online and called when they opened. Spoke with Tony and he said he could be at my car in 45 minutes. I told him I had to check to make sure I could get a ride to my car. He asked where I worked and when I told him, he said not to worry he would be happy to just swing by my office to pick up the key. He did this at no additional charge. My son's vehicle broke down last night on his way home. He called me to come and help as it is a full size Bronco, so not easy to move. When I got there some other Good Samaritans had stopped to help him get it out of the main road. While we were figuring out what to do the Advance Towing truck passed us in the opposite direction. We tried flagging him down, but it was dark so wasn't sure if he saw us. Lo and behold just a minute later he comes rolling up behind us. Super friendly and able to recommend a couple of local shops to have the vehicle looked at. My daughter was in her first car accident and we drove by to peek at her car. It was after hours but Tony let us in to take pictures and gather her personal items.
