He got the driver door unlocked but unfortunately the keys to the were under several bags of groceries in the back hatch area. Fantastic service! After a long day at work I come out to a flat tire. Usually when I call AAA I think there goes 45 min of my life while I wait for them to send a tow. Last time it took 4hours. This time they sent out Jason with USA Towing and he was there in 15min. Jason put my spare on, gave me some tips for next time, and was super personable and nice. My car was stolen, used in a robbery resulting in nine bullet holes and a thief, blowing his brains out all over the center console and driver seat. The police turned it over to the USA Towing and no one bothered to notify me until day 29 of impound at which time the police called and said they had a paper release for me to pick up to get the car. I called USA Towing and sure enough they had the car and even though by law they must return the car that has been recovered from being stolen to the owner with no fees being charged whatsoever, they apparently decided to keep the car - I called 3 times and the manager lady who's name begins with T never called me back. I have decided to let them keep it. The 19-year-old dude committed suicide in the car and there is a bullet hole in the gas tank along with eight others. Good luck with that! read more

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** Horrible. Rude. Nothing but a scam. They will tell you if you sign the title over then you won't have to pay for storage, but that's a lie and they will present you with a bill. Also you don't own the car after 50 days but they will fail to communicate any of this to you. They are really rude, and horribly run. The tow driver was nice but other then that, everything here is awful and unorganized. They are going to be looking at a lawsuit in no time. I came to this page wondering if it was appropriate to leave a review based on aggressive truck driving and SURE ENOUGH there are two other reviews complaining about USA Towing truck drivers. I would never use this company especially seeing their aggressive driver(s) is a trend. I was driving home along Baseline Rd in heavy 5pm traffic and this truck driver was up my ass the entire time- almost demanding I move out of his way - not sure where I'd go other than off the road?! We both turned right onto Lowell where it open up into two lanes -- 40 mph limit -- and he FLEW by probably going 60 mph. Of course i caught up to him at a red light (because isn't that what always happens) and snapped a pic of the license plate. It's the same plate # that the other reviewer posted, natch. Would give less stars if it was an option. Was heading East on highway 7 on a slick night when USA Towing comes out of their driveway without stopping or checking traffic. Almost didn't stop in time, when I used the horn to warn him I was there he turned his back flood lights on to blind me. Had terrific troubles with the first company AAA sent out, so Ryan walked into a bad situation today. He was awesome! Refreshingly courteous, polite, professional, expeditious, and COMPETENT! To say nothing of arriving nearly 1/2 an hour before AAA said he would. He was here and gone with my baby secured and pampered in half the time one would expect. (Yes, my baby is 24 years old and makes this trip once every year or so. So I know what's entailed.) Customer Service is both an art and a skill, and unfortunately becoming rarer every day. I for one am grateful that at least one company still knows how! Secondly, I need to say that it is interesting that there are 13 recent positive, specific reviews on Yelp for this company that are not included in the star rating - very weird Yelp. On my way to work, there is a USA Towing truck to the right of me before construction on Main in Longmont. The driver cuts me off at construction and forces me into oncoming traffic and nearly hit my car, then at the next red light gets beside me and called me a stupid sl** and a cu**. This was the WORST amount of road rage I have ever seen from a professional driving company. I will never use USA Towing. I am a heel for not remembering the driver's name but he was awesome (he was from New York and is the nicest NY'er I've ever met). Car broke down in Boulder, he towed me to my shop in Denver and was just as nice as can be. We joked and laughed and I guess most importantly, he did a perfect job towing the car. At approximately 6:10 PM on June 16, 2015 I was driving a pickup truck with my two-year-old son inside. I was making a left turn from 26 St. on to N. 28th St. I must have misjudged how fast southbound traffic was going. As I attempted to get up to speed as soon as possible, the driver of an on coming tow truck labeled USA Towing had other ideas. After the lanes had already merged, he raced up to the right side of my vehicle using the bike lane and proceeded to scream at me and aggressively rock his steering wheel to the left - forcing me over the yellow line into oncoming traffic. If I did not swerve he surely would have made contact and damaged my vehicle. I slammed on my brakes and he raced ahead. At the next light I took photos of his truck. This is the most aggressive road rage I have ever experienced. Knowing that my two-year-old son and myself were put into extreme danger by a driver of a professional company is eerily upsetting. Tried to use their service as part of chevy's roadside assistance program. My electric parking brake had failed and the car would not drive! The tow driver started the car and the system must have reset finally after about 15 starts. The parking brake had finally released& the operator refused to take my care to the dealership to be further assessed as to why the problem happened in the first place. I am a mom with 2 small children who can not afford to be stranded if this happens again. This man is not a mechanic or a decision maker & he failed to complete his ONLY job of towing my car to the dealership. Not only that, he was incredibly disrespectful of my husband's time. He told him 3 times he was on a conference call, but continued to waste his time rationalizing not taking the car by making misogynistic comments about my ability to understand how a parking brake operates on a car I have solely been driving for 6 months, using the brake multiple times a day.
