The front desk personnel, Ray mislead me into thinking my car would be serviced…read moretoday and after speaking with him a few times over the phone asking questions to see if his shop was able to fix the problem with my car I drove over to his shop at a time he said my car would definitely be diagnosed AND repaired and after 40 minutes of waiting Ray tells me to leave my car overnight and that they would get back to me. I told Ray upfront during one of our calls how I wasn't interested in leaving my car instead I wanted to bring it over to the shop at a good time so that I could wait for them to diagnose and then hear how they plan to fix the issue and then I would like to be brought in to see first hand what they found, how they plan to fix it, etc.. This did not happen when I showed up instead I was told the opposite and my car was not repaired. I later overheard Ray misleading over customer who heard me speaking with Ray about him misleading me. I asked Ray if I could speak to the owner and immediately when Ray shouted out to the manager who was an earshot away from us that I wanted to speak with him the owner immediately became visibly agitated and defensive towards me. The owner's misconduct continued to escalate to the point where he was yelling at me. He never allowed me to explain what was going on and then dismissed me and told me that they were not servicing my car. This shop is just like MOST shops in this town (Vineland) and they have no respect for women either with minds of their own - clearly!

I told him I wouldn't be bringing my business back & he told me he didn't need my business & to "Go F%&$ myself." Took my truck & then spent another entire day putting it back together.
