First time hiring this company for trimming 2 Oak trees and a palm tree, and they are doing phenomenal job. Very professionally and safely done, trimming branches and tying them to ropes so that they don't fall, and raking up small pieces of branches and leaves after the big work. Collin and his crew did an excellent job yesterday! They were on time and were very professional, and cleaned up every bit of debry. I spoke about other trees on the property with Collin, who is a certified arborist, and learned a lot about the genius of a tree (very interesting) and also learned that I'll need it trimmed within a few years. There was no pressure to do it now, very refreshing that there was no pressure to do it immediately. I've used their services in the past and I'll use them again when I need tree work done. Extremely Satisfied! This was a thoroughly professional job from A to Z. I used their online system to get the ball rolling and was contacted promptly by their office to set up a free consultation. Day of, Bruce, the arborist was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He offered different scenarios from pruning, cutting limbs to tree removal but never put pressure on regarding our choice and how much work was needed. After the visit he sent a very well detailed proposal with various options and everything was approved easily online. Work was scheduled about 8 days later and without having to be there the crew did an amazing job with a hard to access yard and removed a lot of limbs on two of our big trees (Live and Laurel oak) using a huge crane on one of the trees. They cleaned up thoroughly even disposing of leaves that had been on the roof prior to arrival and left the place looking close to spotlessly as possible considering how much tree they removed. I am very pleased with the service, the price seems reasonable and the crew were diligent about not damaging our property. There were a couple of broken fence tops but given the tree placement I cant complain. These guys are legit!! read more

I phone this company to obtain a estimate for tree removal services. The company sent their estimate man named Chris out to my home and he gave me a verbal estimate of $3,500 to cut back a large tree in my yard. Then the next day the owner of the company Brandon came to my home unannounced to assess the job, because it was a rather large one. That evening Chris sent me the written $3,500 written estimate agreement to my email which I signed immediately and emailed back. I have called and email both Chris and Brandon and have not received a response from either of them, no calls or emails back. The one time I did get in touch with Chris was because I called him from a different phone number and he assured me that they were going to come and complete the job but never did. I never heard from them again. Such a shame the lack of customer service people provide and receive these days. read more
